Curran

Curran graduated from Hillsboro High School in 2018 as a 2x 1st Team All State player and 2018 NWOC Player of the year.

Starting his collegiate career at Lane CC before transferring to Western Oregon University he earned 2 All Conference honors while winning 2 GNAC championships at WOU as a team captain. Curran graduated manga cum laude from WOU in ‘24 with a degree in Sociology.

Starting his professional career in the Summer of ‘24 for the Salem-Keizer Volcanoes of the Mavericks Independent baseball league, Curran just finished is second year of pro ball having recently broken the single season stolen base record in the Mavericks League.

Curran started his coaching career in the Fall of ‘24 where he is currently the hitting coach for Hillsboro Spartans Varsity baseball team.

With a specialty in hitting, speed/agility, strength training, and mental game, Curran’s experience and people skills have helped him become a high level coach while still chasing his own playing career aspirations. With adept interpersonal relationship skills and experience at all levels of baseball, Curran eager to work with athletes of all ages and skill levels.
